8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DisplayWebsite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind arising from or related to SMS communications, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to SMS communications, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim, shall not exceed $1.00 USD.
